- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
- You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are dramatically different to the product purchased on the website.
- We are not able to offer returns on Custom Made items.
- No refund will be given on custom orders (including custom colours and configurations or non-standard specified items).
- Requests for returns will only be accepted on goods that are unused, and in original packaging.
- Any request for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

- Approved requests will be issued instructions for returning goods.
- Damages must be reported to Hava Studio within 48 hours of receipt.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable nor credited.
- A condition of sale items and special promotions is that these are not available for return or exchange.
- Ensure all items and their packaging are adequately protected when returning as any damage will be the customer’s responsibility and may result in a re-stocking fee.
- Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return into our warehouse for it to be processed.
- All return requests will be processed in the order that they were received. Processing returns will only commence once the returned goods have been received by Hava Studio.
- Returns must be sent via a trackable postage or courier service. Hava Studio is not responsible for packages lost in transit if a tracking number is not provided for returns.
- Please note that all return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility excluding shipping errors made by Hava Studio or one of its shipping or courier partners.
